Joining them were key Chief Ministers from across India: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, all of whom witnessed Nitish Kumar\u2019s formal return to the state\u2019s top executive post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside the Chief Minister, a 26-member council of ministers was also sworn in.
